IN THE MEDIA
I regularly engage with the media, both in the form of academic blogs and the news media. Prior to starting my PhD program, I worked as a reporter and editor for various media outlets, including German public broadcaster ZDF and SpiegelOnline. My experience spans print, online, television and radio journalism. I have a particular expertise in US politics and elections as well as gender and politics that I am always happy to share with journalists. I have also delivered a number of workshops on media engagement for academics, particularly tailored to early career researchers and am always keen to deliver these sessions upon request. Below are some examples of my media engagement and work. If you would like to see a full list of articles or discuss the possibility of expert commentary, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
